Caring for your Earrings

Polymer clay is lightweight and durable, but these are still earrings and most jewelry looks best for the longest time when you are gentle with it! Try not to bend your earrings, and store them in a safe place. They will stay looking their best if you refrain from wearing them in water or getting them wet. If you'd like to clean them, you can do so with a damp wash cloth or a Clorox wipe. 

Policies on Lost + Late Packages

We are very clear in our shipping information about when you can expect to receive your order, and we do everything we can to make sure your order reaches the mail within that time. If we run into an issue that will prevent us from processing your order within our promised time, we will let you know as soon as possible. In addition, if you need your order by a specific date, please email us as soon as possible after you have placed your order.

Once your order reaches the Post Office, we are no longer responsible for it. This means that if packages are late or lost, we are not able to offer refunds or replacements of goods.

100% of our profits go towards incredible organizations, we want to support them as much as we can!

Will a certain pair I love come back?

Maybe, but likely not. Most of the pairs we make are one-offs -- with pairs that sell really well, we often make more of them, and we often have repeats in colors we work with a lot (black + white, mostly). Additionally, sometimes we will run "made-to-order" sales where we have certain pairs that we have sold in the past available made to order. Aside from that, each of our pairs are one-of-a-kind! While we are sorry that you may not get to grab a pair you fell in love with, we hope that you find another pair that catches your eye soon. Keep an eye out -- occasionally, we open up the shop for custom orders and we would love to make a certain pair for you then!
